  • How long does a custom tumbler take to make?
    Our custom tumblers take 3-6 weeks. Our process can be affected by our personal lives, weather, order volume, access to materials by our suppliers, business hours, and shipping itself. Please also be advised that once we hand off the packages to the post office, we can only track what happens to the packages but we have no control over the time it will take. If you have a deadline please make sure you let us know in your inquiry so we can assess how long it will take. Once a design is finalized and payment is received, we will not be making changes. If you wish to make a change, there will be a fee required. We ask for your grace as we are a small business and still growing. Thank you for your patience.
  • Something is wrong with my order. How do I contact you?

  • How do I order a custom?
    You can contact us at any time by emailing lifeismorethanfood@outlook.com or sending us a message via Instagram or Facebook. Please refer to the Shop policy section of our website for more information on customs.
  • How do I order?
    We keep a shop of our current inventory. Some products are made to order. In the description of each product, if you see a timeframe in the description, it is made to order and needs processing time. Add all items to cart and checkout from our page.
  • What payment methods do you accept?
    We accept PayPal, Venmo, Zelle and Cashapp.
  • Are your epoxy products safe?
    We use both UV resin and Epoxy resin for our products. We always use FDA compliant resin so that they are non-toxic to the touch and safe to be around food.
  • I need to inquire about wholesale or a large order.
    Chat with us here or fill out the form located on the custom order page! We will happily supply merchandise for families, teams, organizations, and small shops.
  • Where do you ship to?
    We are currently only shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories.
  • Can I personalize the tumblers?
    For tumblers, you can choose what name is displayed and whether or not the tumbler will have glitter. NOTE: The Starry Night design comes with a shimmer automatically. The glitter option will add additional glitter onto the cup.
  • How much are the tumblers?
    There are 3 stainless steel tumbler sizes to choose from. Prices range from $35-$45 not including shipping. You can order as much as you would like. If you would like one of each tumbler, you absolutely can.
  • How do I place an order?
    There is a button that says "Order Here". That will take you to an order form. Fill it out in it's entirety. When you get to the section where you choose your tumbler sizes and glass cans remember: *Tumblers can be personalized with a name. Make sure to include the name you would like. If you do not wish to have a name, say N/A. There is no extra charge to add your name. *You can indicate whether or not you wish to have glitter. There is no extra charge for glitter. *Glass Cans are NOT personalizable and come in 5 colors. Please select from one of the 5 colors listed on the form.
  • Who is allowed to order
    Anyone who is apart of New Home Star 2024 Elevate Trip are allowed to order.
  • How much is shipping?
    Shipping for one tumbler typically starts at $15. We are shipping from Orlando so shipping prices may vary based on zip code. The shipping price will increase the more tumblers/glass cans you purchase.
  • I need to make a change to my order. How do I go about that?
    You have until the payment invoice has gone through to make changes to an order. If you need to change something, please send us an email at lifeismorethanfood@outlook.com or call/text (407)-801-3613 . Let us know the full name of who is ordering so we can find the form and adjust the order.
  • Can I order one for a family member/friend?
    Yes you can. You have to be initially apart of the NHS team, but you can purchase as many as you would like for whomever!
  • How are you taking payments?
    We currently accept PayPal, Venmo, Cashapp, and Zelle. Payment information will be located on the form. The form lists the account names you will receive the invoice from. Please ensure you are not accepting an invoice from anyone other than the accounts listed. We want to ensure your money is going to the correct place. All of your payment information will not be shared or sold to any other company. All payment information is for the sole purpose of this transaction only.   • How do you take care of the tumblers?
    Tumbler Care: All of our tumblers are made with FDA approved epoxy resin and UVDTF images. This means they are super durable but like any other product, extreme conditions can damage them! These products are not dishwasher or microwave safe. We also recommend hand washing with lukewarm water. Do not leave tumblers in hot cars in the sun and we do not recommend putting these in the freezer. Be careful with dropping them because they do have a glass like finish. While they will not break like glass, they can crack. Some cracks can be patched but they may still be visible. Please contact us if you experience a crack and might need a repair. All tumblers will come with a straw. The lid can be used without the straw to sip.
  • What is the deadline to order?
    You can place an order until August 23rd, 2024. After that, orders will be closed so tumblers are distributed before the trip.
