Welcome to LIMTF Creations! Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using our website. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms and conditions, please do not use our website.

We do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any product descriptions, materials, or information provided on our website. Any reliance on the information provided is at your own risk. However, we make every effort to correctly inform our customers on usage and materials used on our products. 

 

Life is More Than Food disclaims all liability for damages of any kind arising from the use of products purchased from our store. It is the responsibility of the buyer to use the products in accordance with safety guidelines, manufacturer instructions, and local laws.

 

Our products may be intended for adult use only. Keep them out of reach of children to avoid potential hazards. 

 

Furthermore, please note that the appearance of colors and patterns on our products may vary slightly due to the nature of materials and production processes.

 

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to release Life is More Than Food and its affiliates from any and all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from the use of our products.

Shop Policies: When it comes to our tumblers, once a product has been used it cannot be returned or exchanged due to health concerns. If there is a problem, please contact us and we will assess the situation and see if there is a way to help.Our custom tumblers take 3-6 weeks. Our process can be affected by our personal lives, weather, order volume, access to materials by our suppliers, business hours, and shipping itself. Please also be advised that once we hand off the packages to the post office, we can only track what happens to the packages but we have no control over the time it will take. If you have a deadline, please make sure you are mentioning this in your inquiry so we can accommodate you as best as possible.  Being that our products are handmade, no two products will ever be the same. Our products as well as the materials and processes we use are also unique to other businesses and therefore we are unable to make replicas of someone else's work. Even our own products can be recreated but will not look exactly alike each time. Fabric tumblers will also have their own unique cuts and will not be exact recreations every time. There may be some minor imperfections. This could range from small bubbles, to color variations. We also work around glitter... a lot! This means that there may be specks of glitter on tumblers that should not have glitter or tumblers with a different glitter color. We do our best not to cross glitter contaminate but finding a random speck of glitter is normal!

EPOXY TUMBLER CARE: Our tumblers are stainless steel and double walled with the exception of our acrylic tumblers. They will hold both hot and cold drinks. We coat all of our tumblers with FDA approved epoxy resin which means that our tumblers do not like extreme temperatures, are not dishwasher or microwave safe, cannot be soaked in water, cannot be left in hot cars, and will crack if dropped or knocked too hard.  Not all tumblers can come with a replacement lid. If you lose or crack a lid, send us an email and we can see if there is a replacement lid you can purchase. NOTE: Epoxy Resin will yellow over time. Lighter colored tumblers are most susceptible to discoloration. It is a natural process of epoxy resin.

Glass Can Tumbler Care: These products are GLASS. Glass needs to be handled with care. It can crack and scratch very easily. Glass is made for cold drinks only and cannot hold heat. Please handle glass with care. We are not responsible for glass breaks, cracks, or scratches that occur after the product is initially received. If your product is damaged during shipping, please send us an email at lifeismorethanfood@outlook.com. We must receive an email within 24 hours of your product arriving and photo proof of the damages. After the 24 hour period is up, we will not be able to refund or correct the order. Glass cans are hand wash only and should not be used with a scratchy scrubbing tool. This can lead to unwanted scratches on your cup. Wooden lids if left in standing water can mold. To avoid molding, wash and dry lids IMMEDIATELY. If it molds, you will need to purchase a replacement lid through us.

RETURNS: Any personalized items may not be refunded or returned. For apparel, if the size you ordered does not fit, please send us a message at lifeismorethanfood@outlook.com and we can issue an exchange. If your product arrives damaged DUE TO SHIPPING please send us a message and we can work with you on our options. We will not accept refunds or returns on any of our products unless for a reason specified above. We are not responsible for self-inflicted damages or minor imperfections. A majority of our products are handmade. We strive for consistency in all of our products but there may be minor inconsistencies from product to product. We do work around a lot of glitter and also work with epoxy resin. This may cause small bumps on projects, glitter contamination, among other small issues. If you feel like there is an issue with your order, you can contact us at lifeismorethanfood@outlook.com but fixes are on a case by case situation.

CUSTOMS: We do accept customs from time to time. In order to submit a custom, fill out the contact us order form. Please note that submitting an order form does not mean we will accept the order. We may ask to change requests on customs if it does not fit with our customs rules. For customs, we will automatically not accept the following: >Requests that involve political, or anti-religious sayings/symbols/metaphors >Requests that involve curse words/phrases >Requests with hate speech >Requests with certain symbols that may represent something against our policies or another group of people >Requests that involve a recreation from another company that we may not be able to replicate >Other requests that may not be listed here. We are a family first company and we love to keep our content wholesome for all to enjoy. These are non-negotiable and we do reserve the right to refuse requests and may or may not include a reason. We also may refuse requests due to time constraints, availability due to high volume orders, or lack of materials to fulfill request.
